1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CueNote (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

• Free Trial: We offer a 5-day free trial for our paid plans. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Payment Processor: All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Your Content

Our Service allows you to record audio, create text notes, and generate other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content.

By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., syncing across devices, generating transcripts). We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CueNote, a CueNote employee, or any other person.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CueNote, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
